What's more, 10% of Verdo's workforce consists of trainees and apprentices - a figure we are pushing towards 15%. We regularly employ people who may be disadvantaged or handicapped - we believe doing so is an investment in the future.

We launch initiatives that increase the engagement and safety of our employees. We focus strongly on avoiding occupational accidents and constantly seek new processes that can help reduce them. Verdo works closely with academic institutions to build bridges between research and our processes. We want to make an active contribution to the communities in which we operate. That's why we support culture and sport through local sponsorships.
